 Nonhazardous construction and demolition   waste defined by UAC R315-301-2(17).   (Including building materials, packaging and   rubble resulting from construction,   remodeling, repair, abatement, rehabilitation,   renovation and demolition operations on   pavements, houses, commercial buildings   and other structures).

  • Yard waste, Inert waste
  • Soils and petroleum contaminated soils containing less than 0.03 mg/kg Benzene, 13mg/kg Ethylbenzene, 12 mg/kg Toulene, and 200 mg/kg Xylenes.
  • Waste tires meeting the requirements of UAC R315-320
  • Dead animals

Construction and demolition (C&D) materials consist of the debris generated during the construction, renovation, and demolition of buildings, roads and bridges.  C&D materials often contain bulky and heavy materials, such as concrete, wood, metals, glass, and other building components.  If you would like clarification as to what we are able to accept at our landfill, we welcome your questions.  Please call or email us for further explanation.
