(Including building materials, packaging and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, abatement, rehabilitation, renovation and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other structures).

- Soils and petroleum contaminated soils containing less than 0.03 mg/kg Benzene, 13mg/kg Ethylbenzene, 12 mg/kg Toulene, and 200 mg/kg Xylenes.
- Waste tires meeting the requirements of UAC R315-320
- Dead animals

Construction and demolition (C&D) materials consist of the debris generated during the construction, renovation, and demolition of buildings, roads and bridges. C&D materials often contain bulky and heavy materials, such as concrete, wood, metals, glass, and other building components.
